- Hardware support: your
printer won't print, your monitor won't turn on, your
computer won't boot up,
your floppy disk is making noise, etc. All hardware issues
will be addressed through the help desk.
- Software installation
needs: If you need software installed or upgraded on your
PC.
- Internet Services, Email
problems: Problems accessing email on and off campus. (We no
longer support Windows 95 or 98 computer issues)
- Problems Printing to a
network printer.
- Virus and Spyware
protection and prevention.
- Central file storage,
Backup services, Network access services.
