Please call the helpdesk ( x5800) for the following requests:
 

• Hardware support: your printer won't print, your monitor won't turn on, your computer won't boot up,
  your floppy disk is making noise, etc. All hardware issues will be addressed through the help desk.
• Software installation needs: If you need software installed or upgraded on your PC.
• Internet Services, Email problems: Problems accessing email on and off campus. (We no longer support Windows 95 or 98 computer issues)
• Problems Printing to a network printer.
• Virus and Spyware protection and prevention.
• Central file storage, Backup services, Network access services.

• Apply for Email and Network IDS
  New email accounts must be applied for by the direct supervisor of the person needing the email account.
• Request a Data Jack Activation, move or change
  If you are moving your computer or plugging into a new data jack, you must fill out the proper form.
